Introducing Vrddhi
Vrddhi Farms is building a deeper bond between people and the land—offering managed farmlands just outside Bangalore that blend nature, community, and long-term value. Urvara, one of its flagship projects, spans 12 acres of scenic greens with 46 scientifically designed plantation plots.
With curated experiences like fruit orchards, timber trees, walking trails, and a farmstay lifestyle, the project invites urban professionals to slow down, grow their own food, and invest in a greener future—all with 100% ownership and zero agricultural tax.

Real estate interest near Bangalore isn’t just about affluence. We had to rethink segmentation—going beyond NRIs or investors to target urban professionals seeking lifestyle alignment with nature.

Early campaigns brought in curious clicks, not committed buyers. Most leads near Bangalore dropped off post-inquiry—lacking trust or clarity on farmland purchase benefits.

Is it a farm stay? A retirement plan? A side income? Without clear use-case mapping, users struggled to see how Vrddhi fit into their lives—especially in a region like Bangalore.

Meta’s tools prioritize local buyer logic. But Vrddhi’s audience lives in Bangalore, while the farms are just outside it. Building that urban-to-rural connect needed precise targeting workarounds.
To tackle Vrddhi Farms’ early-stage lead generation challenges, we implemented a layered performance strategy designed around regional trust-building and conversion efficiency. Here’s how we approached it:
Refined Audience Filters: Moved beyond income-based targeting to lifestyle-led personas. Focused on Bangalore-based professionals actively engaging with nature retreats, eco-tourism, or sustainability content.
Step-by-Step Lead Journey: Instead of asking for all details upfront, we designed a button-based flow where users answer simple, sequential questions—from location preference to visit intent. This made the experience easier to complete and improved lead qualification near Bangalore.
Use-Case Led Creatives: Repositioned the narrative from generic ‘own a farm’ messaging to concrete lifestyle hooks like “host weekend stays,” “grow passive income,” and “own green real estate near Bangalore.”
Manual Geo-Targeting Framework: Since Meta’s Advantage+ tools were too broad for our needs, we built a layered geo-structure. Campaigns were split by Bangalore pin codes to isolate high-affinity zones, and WhatsApp CTAs helped bridge the urban-rural query gap.
Testimonial & Walkthrough Content: Launched UGC-led reels and drone walkthroughs of the actual plots near Bangalore to build legitimacy. Added WhatsApp automation for follow-up tours and pricing discussions.
