  • Multiple Product Launches: Launching 4-5 products like PB&J, Strawbelita, and Crunchy Chocolita required extensive planning across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases. Tailored strategies for existing and new customers were crucial to ensure success.

  • Breaking Through Competition: The kids’ snack market is saturated with well-funded brands spending 10x more on marketing. Establishing Feed Smart as a trusted name in this crowded space was a constant challenge.

  • Low Initial Brand Awareness: As a new D2C brand, Feed Smart faced limited trust and recognition among parents and families, making it vital to build credibility and awareness from scratch.

To address Feed Smart’s reliance on a limited product range, we implemented a comprehensive strategy to expand their offerings and boost sales. Here’s how we approached the solution:

 

New Product Launches: Collaborated with Feed Smart to successfully launch new products like Strawbelita, PB&J, Crunchy Chocolita, and more, diversifying their portfolio and driving growth.

Audience Testing: Conducted extensive testing to identify multiple winning audiences, consistently achieving an average ROAS of 3-4x through tailored targeting.

 

Creative Ad Campaigns: Designed engaging ad creatives to improve CTR, including UGC-based ads, eye-catching graphic designs, and animated videos that showcased the products effectively.

 

WhatsApp Marketing: Leveraged WhatsApp to run personalized campaigns, resulting in a remarkable ROAS of 3x and building stronger customer engagement.

 

UGC Scripts: Developed engaging scripts with our in-house UGC creator to present relatable scenarios, such as solving tiffin dilemmas, making healthy snacking fun, and addressing common parenting struggles.

 

Creative Experimentation: Continuously tested and refined ad hooks (e.g., sensational, urgency-based) to discover high-performing creatives. Highlighted the nutritional benefits of products through ads and social media, creating a compelling value proposition.

Leveraged influencer partnerships to create educational videos showcasing product functionality and benefits, enhancing market awareness and trust.
